We're looking for a bright, customer-focused individual to join our support team and help our clients get the most out of our product.

About the Role

As an ERP Support Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate day-to-day functional and operational queries on our ERP platform. This is a great opportunity for a fresher who enjoys problem-solving, learning new software, and working directly with customers to start a career in enterprise software support.

What You'll Do

• Respond to client queries related to day-to-day usage of the ERP system via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot functional issues reported by clients and guide them to a resolution
• Log, track, and follow up on support tickets until closure
• Assist clients with basic configuration, data entry corrections, and report generation within the ERP
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal teams (development/implementation)
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and client interactions
• Build a strong understanding of the ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, HR, etc.) to support clients effectively
• Help identify recurring issues and suggest process or product improvements
• Create and customize document formats (invoices, reports, vouchers, etc.) for clients using DevExpress Reports, the ERP's built-in reporting tool

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong communication skills — verbal and written
• Good problem-solving and analytical ability
• Comfortable working with software applications; basic understanding of accounting/business processes is a plus
• Patient, customer-first attitude with the ability to explain things clearly to non-technical users
• Willingness to learn our ERP product in depth
• Freshers are encouraged to apply — training will be provided
